WindrowMgr app for iPhone and iPad

Green Mountain Technologies has updated our Windrow Manager software to use an iPhone and cloud storage to track your compost data. The Windrow Manager iPhone app turns your iPhone into a temperature data collection device for composting facilities. The app will allow you to capture a map–image of your facility and overlay windrows indicating the active compost areas. The iPhone will then locate you on your map and allow you to input temperatures from your manual probe automatically creating a time stamp and sample ID. GMT also offers a custom probe that wirelessly connects to the iPhone and transmits temperature and oxygen data. The Windrow Manager also creates and assigns tasks such and turning, sampling and watering your compost piles and sends alerts directly to your iPhone.

Once the iPhone is connected to the web, it will automatically upload the temperature to a secure web site for you to view or share with other people in your company.
